Provides continously-variable AC

Output is isolated from line
via internal separate isolation transformer.
Ideal for testing transformerless radios.
Output rated 0-3A continous, 3-4A intermittent
(50% duty cycle, 10 minute period)
Built-in magnetic breaker trips on overload.
Output backed by 4A slo-blow fuse.
Built-in meter provides for line voltage, output voltage,
output current in two ranges, and an AC leakage test.
"Safety Leakage test" measures AC leakage to ground
relative to either hot or neutral line output.
Full scale measurement at 800µA
