I worked with a kid that thought sometimes there is no answer.

The older I get

the more I think he was right.

Can not connect to batchelor-s.com (times out)

Other sites seem to work.

The web browser can remember the username and password

if https is used it is fine

if http is used it forgets password

Wiki may not accept password

Some pages may still have http in the links
